Became the unofficial basketball beat reporter for a local public high school during the team’s march to the Class “A” state championship, developing great relationships with the coach and players.

Observed and participated in the operation of a major market television station. One of the first station interns to receive air time on a story that I originally produced and edited. Learned to edit using the Grass Valley editing system.
